Veterans Day Celebration

Nicoma Park Elementary Students celebrated Veterans Day by inviting family members and friends who are Veterans or who are currently serving in the Armed Forces to a program and reception at school on Friday, November 10th, 2006.  Students sang patriotic songs, recited a salute to our special guests, and second graders, Zevan Hunt and Erica Price performed a Veterans Day skit during the program.  After the program students brought their special guests to their classrooms, introduced them and then attended a reception with them in the cafeteria.
