Donna Cooper Director of Special Services   Mrs. Cooper has 26 years experience as a special education teacher, school psychometrist and central office administrator. She has been an administrator at Edmond Public Schools and most recently with Norman Public Schools. Mrs. Cooper and her husband Tom have two young adult children, Kyle and Ty.
