Reading Counts!
Reading Counts! is a program used at Choctaw Elementary to motivate students to read. Students read books on the Reading Counts! list and take computerized quizzes that test their comprehension of what they read. Tests may be taken in the computer lab, in the Media Center, or on the computers in their classrooms.
Students are recognized for their reading achievement at each Awards Assembly. They will receive a certificate and ribbon at the 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1,000 point levels.
