Enrollment Information

 

Students enrolling at Choctaw Elementary for the first time need to bring the following:

  • Birth certificate

  • Shot record

  • July or August 2010 utility bill (OG&E or ONG) indicating the service address

  • Social security number of child

Returning Student Enrollment

All returning students (those who attended CE last year) must have a July or August utility bill (OG&E or ONG) turned in to the office by Friday, August 13.  Students will then be assigned a teacher for this year. 

Class lists will be posted on Monday, August 16, the day of Open House.

 

  

Box Tops for Education
Choctaw Elementary School has participated in the Boxtops for Education program since 1999.  The money earned is used to buy books and other items for the Media Center.  In the ten years we have particpated in the program, Choctaw Elementary has earned over $5,000.
