Enrollment Information

 

Students enrolling at Choctaw Elementary for the first time need to bring the following:

  • Birth certificate

  • Shot record

  • July or August 2009 utility bill (OG&E or ONG) indicating the service address

  • Social security number of child

Returning Student Enrollment

All returning students (those who attended CE last year) must have a July or August utility bill (OG&E or ONG) turned in to the office by Thursday, August 13.  Students will then be assigned a teacher for this year. 

Class lists will be posted on Friday, August 14, the day of Open House.

Choctaw Elementary School has participated in the Boxtops for Education program since 1999.  The money earned through the Boxtops for Education program is used to buy books and other items for the Media Center.  In the seven years we have participated in the program Choctaw Elementary has earned $ 4,025.
