• &nb= sp; Meeting started at 2:04 p.m. with Steve Craft presen= ting the email list and the method by
which members communicate for Homerun Club meetings.

• &nb= sp; Steve Craft then introduced the current officers Kelly Halbert Vice- President and Sherry
= Davis Director of Foodservice Management. Steve Craft also discussed a need for a=
Secretary, Treasurer and Sign Sale Coordinator.

• &nb= sp; Steve Craft discussed the sales of the outfield sign program as the backbone of the
fundraising for the Club. Copies of the sign sale contracts can be pulled from the
= Homerun Club website. Contract renewals will be mailed out this month.

• He also discussed the importance of keeping= the field maintained at a high level and the
seeding of the field. The over seeding of the field cost the club approx. $2000.00
annually and ins-ores that our players enjoy green grass during the school season.

• The Treasurer's Report was then presented. A motion to approve was made by Brian
Foughty and seconded by Mark Blevins.

• Steve Craft discussed the upcoming fundrais= ers. The first being the 100 inning game and

dinner on February= 14^th. That evening will be the dinner to introduce the players. Steve =

Craft discussed the need for a decorating committee, serving committee and clean-up

committee. Sherry Davis volunteered to head up the serving committee. The desserts

will be provided as in years past by= the Sophomore parents. The dinner will start at 5:00

-7:00pm.

• &nb= sp; Coach Craft discussed the need for everyone to participate in the Homerun Club
= meetings. The meetings provide a communication forum to answer any questions the
parents may have and to promote the baseball program. He also discussed the need fo= r
= officers for the organization.=

• &nb= sp; Coach Craft also discussed the recently passed bond issue that will allow the program to
build a indoor facility. The indoor facility wil= l be used by both the baseball program and
= the softball program.

• &nb= sp; Coach Craft also informed the parents that Twids would be out on Tuesday the 13^th to<= br> = provide any equipment that the players would like to order.

• &nb= sp; Coach Craft discussed the upcoming Tulsa trip and that hotel information w= ould be
= posted on the website. In addition, the Arizona trip that is taken once every three years.

• &nb= sp; Coach Craft discussed that during Spring Break this y= ear the boys will play during the
week on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
