Thank you for showing interest in Choctaw-Nicoma Park Schools. The CNP School District is a rapidly growing suburban district which strives to provide excellent educational opportunities for our students.  This can only be achieved by exemplary educators, support staff, parents, and the community members working together.  The Personnel Department is dedicated to recruiting, hiring, and retaining faculty who carry this same vision.  As a part of our team, you will shape the future of teaching and learning for generations to come.

The CNP School District provides:

  • All elementary and intermediate students the opportunity of learning in a Great Expectations Model School. All CNP elementary and intermediate sites have approximately 500 students. This provides an environment for the faculty at each site to invest in and work with each student and their family.
  • All middle school students the opportunity to experience research based middle school concepts such as full teaming with core teachers; advisory class where teachers assist students on academic, social, and future planning issues; core literacy; and a nurturing atmosphere. Teachers experience the opportunity to plan with core team members for 45 minutes each day as well as receiving an additional 45 minutes for individual planning.
  • All high school students exposure to learning on a traditional block schedule. This allows for additional classes to be taken by the time students graduate from high school. CHS provides a Freshmen Academy to assist students in the transition from middle to high school. In addition, students are afforded opportunities in academics, athletics, fine arts, AFJROTC, VOAG, and many additional clubs and organizations.  CHS students also have the opportunity to experience educational opportunities through the partnership with EOC Technology Center and Rose State College.
  • Excellent PTO and community support. CNP Schools average nearly 95% parental attendance during scheduled parent-teacher conference days. The local civic organizations and government entities provide excellent support and serve as resources to our students and teachers.

Choctaw-Nicoma Park graduates are prepared for college and work through the vast opportunities provided throughout their educational career.  To become a member of the CNP family, please apply at:  https://cnpschools.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx
