Former Student

Enrollment for Former Students will open May 2nd, 2022

The online enrollment application can take several minutes to complete.  

Documents that will be required for uploading in the online enrollment application:

  • State Issued Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  •  Proof of Residency showing service address (gas or electric bills only)
  • Parent/guardian picture ID
  • Driver's Information - if you have a student driver
    • Proof of Insurance
    • Student's driver's license

These can either be scanned to your computer for upload or you can take a mobile picture of the document and upload them from your mobile device.

Once you see the "Sign In - Create Account" screen,  follow along using the directions outlined below - 

If you have never enrolled a student at CNP using the online forms you must first create an account.  It will require you to use an email address.  If you do not have an email address you can create one through Google or Yahoo.

Fill in the required fields on the Create an Account screen.  This is NOT a parent portal account.  Once you submit your answers you will then be allowed to log in using the information you provided.  If you need to save your work and come back you can use your account information to sign in.

Create Account

Follow the on-screen instructions as you complete registration for your student.  If you have multiple students, there will be a link at the end of the first to start another enrollment registration for the next student that will auto fill from the first one you entered.  Do this for every student you wish to enroll. At several places throughout the form, you will be required to upload documents.  If you are completing these forms on your mobile device, you can take a picture of the document and upload it directly.  If you are using a desktop computer you can upload the document from where you have it saved on your computer. These are the file extensions that are accepted:

Once you have electronically signed the completed forms you will be taken to a summary page that will notify you of any missing or incorrect information that you can click on and correct.
